| eValGuru can be deployed as per your requirement. Deployment may be broadly divided into two depending upon actual installation of eValGuru. It can be at evalguru.com or at your own premises (including your website.) |
Business Model I
ASP Arranement |
If you choose to conduct the tests from evalguru.com (i.e from our website), we term it as ASP arrangement. Within ASP arrangement, we have 2 options for you. If you conduct the tests by yourself without any service from us other than the application, it’s termed ASP OYT (Own Your Test). In case you ask us to prepare the questions and administer the tests to the candidates, it’s called ASP Standard. |

Business Model II
Licensing |
In case you procure the software to install it at your premises, we call it Licensing. Licensing comes in 3 flavors depending upon the number of tests you conduct and the audience you target. When you procure it to conduct tests in one subject, it’s called eValGuru – Personal. If you opt to conduct tests in many subjects, your requirement would be eValGuru – Professional. If you intend to conduct tests commercially, you may have to opt for eValGuru - Enterprise. |

In ASP – OYT, eValGuru provides the following:
1. Application hosted on a web-server for a period of 1 year.
2. Maintenance of the database for a period of 1 year.
Customer does the following:
1. Prepares questions, sets the guidelines for the test and feeds the data into the system
2. Conducts the test, and sees the results. |

In ASP – Standard arrangement, eValGuru provides the following:
1. Application hosted on a web-server for a period of 1 year.
2. Maintenance of the database for a period of 1 year.
3. Prepares questions, sets the guidelines for the test and feeds the data into the system
4. Conducts the test and sends the result to you as per requirement. |

There is no limitation as to how many candidates can be tested or how many times a candidate can be tested. Test may be conducted as many times as you need limited only to one subject. Can be used only for the organization’s internal needs; not for commercial use. Customer can install the software only on one machine whether it’s intranet/LAN server or standalone machine for the purpose of conducting the tests; but not allowed to sell, lease or rent or transfer in any other manner the software to another party directly or indirectly. It’s neither to be installed on internet server nor to be used via Internet. There is no sale of software involved; it’s a licence to use the software as mentioned above. No IPR shall be transferred. There is no transfer of source code involved. |

Licensing - Enterprise |
There is no limitation as to how many tests can be conducted or how many candidates can be tested or how many times a candidate can be tested. Test/s may be conducted as many times as you need and there is no limit as to the number of subjects. Not for commercial use. Customer can, within the organization irrespective of the location, install the software on any machine whether Internet server, intranet server or standalone machine for the purpose of conducting the tests; but not allowed to sell, lease or rent or transfer in any other manner the software (or testing service using this software) to another party directly or indirectly. There is no sale of software involved; it’s a licence to use the software as mentioned above. No IPR shall be transferred. The transfer of source code is done so that the customer can customize the program according to the customer’s requirements without the help of eValGuru. |
