| Case II. PERPETUAL LICENCE FOR THE PROGRAM FOR 1 TEST | ||
There is no limitation as to how many candidates can be tested or how many times a candidate can be tested. Customer can install on one machine whether it’s Internet server, intranet server or standalone machine for the purpose of conducting the tests; but not allowed to sell, lease or rent or transfer it in any other manner to another party directly or indirectly. There is no sale of software involved; it’s a licence to use the software as mentioned above. No IPR shall be transferred. There is no transfer of source code involved. Annual maintenance and/or customization of program can be done at an
extra cost. |
